I met up with Shahina Waseem – The UK Chilli Queen – this time at The Brighton Fiery Foods Festival in September 2018 (I was running the Aussie Hot Sauces stall that weekend) and we both wanted to have a go at the chilli eating contest taking place on the Sat 15th – hosted by Rob Dumbrell.

I had competed alongside Shahina at the Devon Fire & Spice Festival the previous month & this was Shahina’s 44th Chilli Eating Contest!

So, how did we both get on? And more importantly, who the Hell is Spencer?…
