Melbourne Hot Sauce
This is Spicy Sanchez – another superb product from Melbourne Hot Sauce and a collaboration with #burgerlove (burgerlove.com.au)
It contains no less than 6 different chillies which includes at least 3 super-hots – Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion & Bhut Jolokia along with Red Habanero, Chipotle & Orange Habanero.
Richard Nelson (he da man!) kindly sent me some of his MHS sauces to sample and this is by far his hottest one. Note to self – don’t take such a large spoonful on an empty stomach before dousing your burger with loads more.
